Day One

Complete exercise A then exercise B with no rest in between. Then rest 60 seconds, and repeat that for a total of 3 times.

Ensure you keep your back flat, breathing out on the way down.

B: Side Plank Knee Raise x10 each side

Breathe out as you bring your knee in, pausing before returning to the start position.
