My Story

James is a chartered Physiotherapist and personal trainer with over 15 years experience. He helps people who are fearful of previous injuries get leaner, stronger and fitter.

Get coached by James in person on a one to one basis. 

  • 1-2-1 online

Get coached by James on a 1-2-1 basis online.

  • Online groups

Several times a year, there is an opportunity to enroll on one of James’s online 8 week group programme.
